The AdvancedMiner Developer Team has made its best effort to provide the highest product quality. As most of large and advanced software undertakings, it has some problems and issues of which we are aware, but which were not resolved in the current software version.
Here is a list of known currently unresolved issues in AdvancedMiner, their descriptions and possible workarounds.
Illegal characters or names in table and column names.
Setting the table, column or attribute name using non alpha-numerical characters may cause non-descriptive errors. Such unsupported characters include: white spaces, national characters, and any other characters other than alpha-numeric.
There are also problems when a table or column name is a Gython keyword. Example keywords are: class, if, for, table etc. See the Gython chapter for a list of all keywords.
Remember not to use such characters or restricted keywords in column names and table names.
