getCases

double getCases(int index)

Gets number of cases in quantiles: 0,..,index.

Parameters:

index - index of the last quantile

Returns:

number of cases in quantiles

getPositiveCases

double getPositiveCases(int index)

Gets the number of positive cases in quantiles: 0,..,index.

Parameters:

index - index of the last quantile.

Returns:

the cumulative number of positive cases.

getNegativeCases

double getNegativeCases(int index)

Gets the number of negative cases in quantiles: 0,..,index.

Parameters:

index - index of the last quantile.

Returns:

the cumulative number of negative cases.

getTotalCases

double getTotalCases()

Gets the total number of cases used to calculate the plot.

Returns:

the total number of cases in data.

getTotalPositiveCases

double getTotalPositiveCases()

Gets the total number of positive cases used to calculate the plot.

Returns:

the total number of positive cases in data.

getTotalNegativeCases

double getTotalNegativeCases()

Gets the total number of negative cases used to calculate the plot.

getThreshold

Gets the right threshold of probablility for the quantile index. Values are greater or equal to threshold.

index - quantile index

threshold of probablility for the quantile

Gets the total number of quantiles used.

Returns:

the total number of quantiles.
